- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Eligibility: Valid for manufacturing defects or print errors reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash or bank refunds. Returns are issued as digital store credit for your next purchase.
- Logistics Fee: A flat fee of ₹129 applies to all return shipping, payable at the time of the request.
- Inspection: Following a successful Quality Check at our warehouse, you will receive your refund as Store Credit via email.
- Redeem: Use your credit on any item across our store for the next 360 days.
Store Credit Terms
- Validity: 360 days from the date of issue.
- Usage: Valid for a single transaction. New orders must be of equal or greater value.
- Stacking: Store credits/coupons cannot be combined.
- Final Sale: Orders purchased with store credit are not eligible for further exchange or return.
How to Use It: Log in with your registered email via OTP verification (no password required). Paste your code from your email at checkout. It’s that simple.
