• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Eligibility: Valid for manufacturing defects or print errors reported within 3 days of delivery.
• Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash or bank refunds. Returns are issued as digital store credit for your next purchase.
• Logistics Fee: A flat fee of ₹129 applies to all return shipping, payable at the time of the request.
• Inspection: Following a successful Quality Check at our warehouse, you will receive your refund as Store Credit via email.
• Redeem: Use your credit on any item across our store for the next 360 days.

Store Credit Terms

• Validity: 360 days from the date of issue.
• Usage: Valid for a single transaction. New orders must be of equal or greater value.
• Stacking: Store credits/coupons cannot be combined.
• Final Sale: Orders purchased with store credit are not eligible for further exchange or return.
